Terms of service

Draft for operator review. The service operator is Chasely Ltd. Add its postal address and contact details, confirm governing law, and finalise the commercial terms before paid service launch.

Service

Chasely helps businesses organise invoice follow-up. It is an administrative tool, not legal, accounting, credit-reference, or debt-collection advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether and when to contact your customers, checking every message, confirming invoice facts, and complying with your contracts and applicable law. Chasely does not guarantee payment, email delivery, or inbox placement.

Your account and data

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You must have authority and a lawful basis to enter customer information and instruct Chasely to process it. Do not enter special-category data, payment-card data, passwords, bank credentials, or information unrelated to an invoice follow-up.

Messages

Every reminder is for you to review and explicitly send or schedule. You are responsible for its recipient, wording, amount, due date, reply-to address, and timing. Do not make misleading claims, threaten action you cannot take, or include unverified payment details. Replies are not automatically monitored unless the product explicitly says otherwise.

Plans and billing

The free plan allows up to five successfully sent reminders per calendar month. Chasely Plus is a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. Stripe securely processes subscription payments; its checkout, billing, refund, tax and privacy terms also apply. A fee change applies to new subscriptions. Existing subscribers keep their current Stripe subscription price unless separately changed through Stripe. Plan access is updated only from verified Stripe events, not from a browser return. You can cancel through the subscription billing information made available in your account; cancellation takes effect according to the period and status shown by Stripe.

Availability, suspension and termination

We may temporarily suspend access to protect the service, investigate security concerns, comply with law, or address misuse. You can ask to close your account. On closure, the retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Notice apply. Any statutory record retention is restricted to the applicable legal purpose.

Changes and contact

We will provide notice of material changes and identify an effective date. Operator: Chasely Ltd, [insert registered/business address]. Support: [insert monitored support contact]. Governing law and dispute provisions: [operator to confirm appropriate UK jurisdiction and final wording].
